Dr. Joseph Jefferds Sinclair is a very accomplished ophthalmologist (eye surgeon). Before returning to Charleston, WV, to form West Virginia Eye Consultants with Dr. Stansbury, he was the lead surgeon for a very busy ophthalmology practice in Suffolk, Virginia. He has experience with all aspects of eye disease, both clinically and surgically, and has performed thousands of cataract surgeries.
